I feel like I need to put a long robe on, pull it over my head and find a scythe to carry around. On call twice this week (which is unusual with our new system) and yup...both times someone kicks. Hoping this will make the agency see that I truly do have the worst experiences while on call and I should have the privilege taken completely away from me. I have cried, begged, offered to give up a portion of my salary and threatened to take jobs I am very much over qualified for to get out of having to carry the beeper to no avail. If they think how much revenue is going to go down with my recent trend, maybe this will be the ticket out. You never know. Hope all is well in your world.
